SPECIAL NOTICE

TO ALL FANNISH OLYMPICS TEAMS

All teams wishing to participate in the Fannish Olympics must sign up at the Information Table in the Phoenix Lobby. Teams are on a first come, first serve basis. Maximum 8 teams. All Fannish Olympi participants must meet in room 412 on Saturday at 12:00 noon. Instructions and starting time for the first event, the Scavenger Hunt, will be given at this time. Good luck to all teams.

MASQUERADE SET UP

Because of special programming set up requirements for the Masquerade, Convention Services request that all Norwescon members (except set up crew) clear the Lower Phoenix Lobby by 8:30 PM on Saturday. For through passage from the 400 wing to the 300 wing, go up to the second floor and use the Upper Phoenix Lobby ramp. Thank you.
