Reservations still available!

Our last hotel update indicated that the hotel room block is now approximately two-thirds full. This is a great time to snag a room before they are all gone!

Norwescon and the DoubleTree instituted a cancellation policy last year. More information regarding this policy, and links to make reservations, can be found at the Hotels page, and this blog post.

The Norwescon 37 room rate is $126 per night for up to four (4) people. To ensure there is room for all guests, when you make your reservation, please reserve a King room instead of a Double Queen if you do not need the extra bed.

Fannish groups are the heart and soul of our geeky culture, so there is no charge for the tables. However, everyone staffing a fan table must have a current Norwescon membership badge. For more information on lobby tables, the guidelines, and a registration form, please visit the Lobby Tables page on our website.
